Is there Wi-Fi and a smart TV in the room?
Yes, you have free internet access in your hotel room and in the café and restaurant; you can log in to our Wi-Fi networks.
Your TV comes with all the apps, such as Netflix, Prime, Viaplay, etc. You also have access to every channel in the world.
Does my room have air conditioning and heating?
Yes, your room is equipped with air conditioning, which you can control yourself. Between November 1 and March 31, your room also has underfloor heating, which you can control manually and adjust to your desired temperature.
Is there a crib and a high chair available?
Yes, please let us know when you make your reservation if you’d like this, and we’ll place it in your room.
Is smoking allowed in the room?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, including in your room(s), on the patio, and in the stairwell. If there are signs that smoking has taken place, a fine of 150.00 euros will be imposed for each incident.
What time can I check in?
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. If you’d like to check in earlier, please let us know when you make your reservation, and we’ll see if that’s possible based on availability.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you’d like to check out later, this is possible for an additional fee of €35. Please contact us or let us know when you make your reservation.
How does the room cleaning work?
Trash cans are emptied and towels are changed daily, unless you hang up the “Do Not Disturb” sign. A full room cleaning is performed only upon checkout, or partway through a stay of 7 days or more, or at your request. A full cleaning is not included in the room rate; a fee of €20 will be charged for this service.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Is breakfast available?
You can enjoy breakfast downstairs in our restaurant starting at 9:00 a.m. We also serve lunch, dinner, and drinks; the restaurant is open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Parking
We don’t have our own parking spaces, but you can park for free behind the boulevard. It can be difficult to find a spot there, though.
